Terms of Use

BillSlate provides tools for creating business documents and tracking payments. It is not accounting, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee that a document satisfies the rules of every jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of company, client, tax, payment and invoice information; for reviewing every document before delivery; and for maintaining any legally required records and backups.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play using the price and renewal terms displayed before purchase. Trials, renewals, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable store. Premium access may require an online entitlement check.

Acceptable use

You may not use BillSlate for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent or abusive activity; interfere with the service; or attempt to bypass subscription or security controls.

Availability and liability

The application is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should retain independent backups and verify exported PDFs. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from the app. A recent sign-in may be required. Local offline records and cloud records are treated separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
