Delete your BillSlate account
This page applies to the BillSlate mobile application with Android package name com.dogan.billslate.
Delete from the app
- Open BillSlate and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then find Account & Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.
- If Firebase requires a recent login, sign out, sign in again, and repeat these steps.
The Firebase Authentication account is deleted immediately after a successful confirmation.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, use the developer contact email displayed in the Developer contact section of BillSlate's Google Play listing. Send the request from the email address associated with your BillSlate account and use the subject BillSlate account deletion request. Requests are processed after account ownership is verified.
Data that is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and account identifier.
- Account-scoped cloud backup data, if a cloud backup was created by a supported BillSlate client.
- Authentication profile information associated with the deleted account.
Local data on your device
Invoices, estimates, clients and payment records created on Android are stored locally on your device. They remain available as an offline workspace after account deletion. To erase them too, use Android Settings > Apps > BillSlate > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall BillSlate.
Data that may be retained
Google Play purchase and subscription records are controlled by Google and may be retained for financial, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Limited security or transaction records may also be retained where required by applicable law. They are not used to recreate a deleted BillSlate account.
Processing time
In-app account deletion is immediate after successful authentication. Requests submitted through the published developer contact are handled within 30 days after ownership verification.
